  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Our products come from all over, so delivery times can vary a bit. But don't worry—we're working our hardest to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible!

  • Can I track my order?

    Absolutely! Once you've placed your order, you'll get a confirmation email, and when it ships, we'll send a tracking number straight to your inbox (sometimes you’ll get multiple tracking numbers depending on the number of items in the order. Keep an eye out for it so you can follow your new merch on its journey to you!

  • Why is shipping so expensive?

    We use a drop shipping service and, unfortunately, don't have control over the shipping costs. But we get it—shipping can be pricey! That's why we've priced our products as low as possible to help offset those costs. We appreciate your understanding!

  • What should I do if my order hasn't arrived yet?

    If your tracking says it’s delivered, but you haven’t received it, please email merch@fantasyfangirls.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue. We'll help solve the mystery and get your order to you!

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we do! Most of our products can travel far and wide to reach you, no matter where you are in the world!

  • How do I return or exchange an item?

    For damaged products or errors, we’re here to make it right! Please email merch@fantasyfangirls.com with your order number and a description of the issue and we’ll get you taken care of!

  • How can I contact customer support?

    If there’s an issue with your order, please email merch@fantasyfangirls.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

  • What is your return/exchange policy?

    Because our items are custom and made to order, our policy is exchange only. In the event you'd like to exchange your item, please email merch@fantasyfangirls.com as soon as possible (limit is 14 days after your item is delivered). Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of item. We will send your new item out as soon as possible after receiving the return package.
