How do I access the Discord?
Step 1: In order to connect your Fantasy FanClub account with Discord, go to your dashboard at fantasyfangirls.supercast.com. Towards the top of the dashboard, you should see a section with the Discord logo. To the right, you will see a black button that says, “Join” (see image below).
Step 2: After clicking “Join”, you will be directed to another screen where you click “Authorize” (see image below). This will direct you to setting up your Discord account. Then you’re in!
How do I connect my membership to my podcast player?
Step 1: If you are a Spice Watchers or Feral Fan member, you can access audio versions of early-access ad-free episodes on your podcast player of choice! To do so, go to your dashboard at fantasyfangirls.supercast.com. To the left, you’ll see a big Fantasy FanClub logo, along with a box that says “Listen anywhere!” (see image below)
Step 2: Then, click the multicolor plus sign. That will reveal a dropdown menu where you can select your preferred podcast player (see image below).
Step 3: You will be prompted to authorize the connection, then you’re done!
How do I watch early-access episodes?
If you prefer to watch the podcast, you can watch the video version of the early-access episodes on your Fantasy FanClub dashboard! Remember, you must be a Spice Watchers or Feral Fans member to access these ad-free episodes.
To access these episodes, go to your dashboard at fantasyfangirls.supercast.com. In order, you should see the following sections; “Latest”, “Live Event Promo Codes”, followed by whichever series/book we are covering. There, you will be able to access every released episode from that playlist!
How do I watch recorded live Q&As, book clubs, and other Fantasy FanClub exclusive content?
You can watch all Fantasy FanClub content on your dashboard at your own convenience!
Book Club, Live Q&As, Trivia, etc. live in their own playlists to watch in the Fantasy FanClub portal. You can also listen to the audio via your podcast player.
If you know what recording you’re looking for, you can use the search bar at the top of your dashboard.
How do I access the episode outlines?
Deep dive episode outlines are available to Spice Watchers and Feral Fans members!
To access episode outlines, simply click on the video version of the episode you are interested in. From there, beneath the video, you should see the outline listed as a hyperlinked downloadable PDF in the episode’s description (see image below)!
How does the AMA feature work?
The AMA feature is utilized as a way for us to field questions for our upcoming Live Q&As or author interviews! About a week before each Q&A, we will make an AMA post prompting you to ask us questions based on the theme of this month’s Q&A.
From there, after you write your question, other members can upvote, or comment on your question! During the Q&A, we will do our best to answer as many of the pre-asked questions as possible.
How do I join book club?
You can be as active with the monthly book club as you prefer! The book selection and discussion in the lead-up to the monthly virtual meeting takes place in our Discord. Under “Channels & Roles,” click on “Book Club” (see photo below) and you’ll be able to access all the Book Club channels and receive notifications to vote for the next book, find out what the next book is, and talk with fellow readers as you all read the book.
Book Club meetings are usually every third Friday of the month at 7pm ET – we post the Youtube live stream link a few days before the event in the Fantasy FanClub portal. During the meeting, Nicole, Lexi, and our Book Club Community Moderator Nic ask all attendees book discussion questions and you all participate in the chat as we share our thoughts and bring your comments/questions into the conversation on video.
Occasionally, we invite the author to Book Club and the Book Club meeting is an Author Live Q&A!
How can I still participate if I can’t attend a virtual event?
All of our events (Live Q&As, Book Clubs, Author Interviews, Trivia, etc.) are recorded so anyone can access at any time after the event! You can access the video via your FanClub dashboard under the designated category, or listen on your preferred podcast platform.
If you can’t make a Live Q&A or Author Interview but still want to submit your questions, we highly recommend posting your question in the AMA for the event and we’ll do our best to answer it on the live stream.
How do I manage my profile and subscription?
To manage your profile and subscription, go to your dashboard at fantasyfangirls.supercast.com. From there, in the top right corner, you will see a profile icon.
After clicking it, you will see a dropdown menu where you can manage your profile and manage your subscription (including canceling your subscription).
How do I upgrade my subscription?
Step 1: To upgrade your subscription, go to your dashboard at fantasyfangirls.supercast.com. From there, in the top right corner, you will see a profile icon.
After clicking it, you will see a dropdown menu (see photo below) and click “Manage Subscription.”
Step 2: Click “Manage Subscription" on the right hand side of the first box
Step 3: Choose whichever annual plan you’d like to upgrade to.
Step 4: Hit “Update Subscription” and you’re all set!

The most efficient way to resolve any issues regarding your account or technical issues with the platform is to directly contact SuperCast support via support@supercast.com.
